Kitchen is clean and bright but is small and very dated. The old appliances, old lighting and dirty floor tile had to go.

The dining room; very different look and feel with cabinets removed and remaining cabinets painted white. Simple Staging.
So very nice! Recessed lighting, new granite counters, new appliances, new sink and fixture and new tile floors.

Gorgeous little property in ideal location sold quickly for all cash and over asking price. Worth the effort to update!
