Time to update the latest Orange County Market Data for Single Family Homes. This data is current from January 2011 to end of December 2011.
Looks like the trend continues where inventory is dropping and pending sales are increasing. Average price per square foot has been stable for some time. Days on Market still averages around 90 days. Note that this data includes ALL single family homes; short sales, foreclosures, etc.
