Here is another home where I have traced its sales history as far back as I can go. This is an older home in Laguna Niguel, built in 1966 in a nice established neighborhood. It is a single family detached home with 4 bedrooms, two baths and is over 1800sf all on one level. It is also a pretty good sized lot being almost 9,000sf in size. I am not sure what these originally sold for, but it is probably safe to say between $30,000 and $40,000 back in 1966.

All the above information I pulled from public records. This particular home had been substantially upgraded prior to selling in 2010.
