I have so many buyers and sellers that ask me “what is going on with the market?” I can only generalize and then note a few trends:
But if someone asks me what is ahead for the South Orange County real estate market, I hesitate to answer, especially for the short term. But what we usually experience this time of year is a slight slowing of buyer and seller activity. Then beginning in January, we almost always see a jump in activity that continues until late Spring. I don’t expect significant propertyvalue changes in the next 6 months.
