Coastal Cities More Affordable

I recently did an anlysis of the market for homes priced from $1,000,000 in Laguna Beach and Newport Beach, and here are the graphs:

What this tells me is that inventory is down slightly from last year, days on the market has held the same, but what is selling are the less expensive homes and the price per square foot has also decreased slightly. There has been downward pressure on homes in the coastal cities, and is reflected in these graphs.
