With low inventory of homes under $500,000 in South Orange County and more buyers entering the market, finding a home and then getting an offer accepted is getting tougher and tougher! There are many buyers with all cash snapping up properties and leaving the other buyers frozen out. If you are an FHA buyer, it can be even more dificult to get an accepted offer, especially on a short sale lisating. A buyer may have to adjust their priorites or make compromises in what they need or have to have in a home. But this can be good news for sellers!
