Ready to Buy?

Are you really ready to purchase a home? Have you spoken with a lender and been pre-qualified for a loan? Are you aware of all the monthly costs attached to the home like HOA payments, insurance, etc.? Has your lender broken all of this down for you in writing? Perhaps you can qualify for the loan, but can you comfortably make the monthly payments? These are just a few of the things you first need to consider before committing to purchasing a property. Don’t wait until the last minute to do your due diligence. You don’t want to fall in love with a home and then discover there is no way you can afford.
