If you are a homeowner who is having a hard time making your mortgage payments, then I encourage you to contact your lender to discuss your options! Many lenders have just implemented new loan modification programs for homeowners in trouble. Click here for information on these programs.  Participating lenders include JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Indymac, Countrywide and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
