I love helping people. I go out of my a lot of the time to address the needs of my clients. That is what I do. Most of my clients are grateful and happy at the end of the transaction. I, too, am grateful for their trust and confidence. I show my gratitude at closing with a little something special for their home that might help make the move-in easy. If my clients want to show their gratitude, then their referral of me to their friends is the best way they can show it. THAT I CAN accept. I can NOT accept a gift or anything of value. So if you want to show gratitude to a realtor, refer them to a friend or relative!
